SLEEPING AND AESTHETICS

HOW TO GET A GOOD SLEEP?

For Dalai Lama, sleep is the best meditation. It comes with a good position.

Renowned Apple CEO, Steve Jobs said: For you to sleep well, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through. That's what you called Sleeping Beauty.

Mahatma Gandhi is quoted: Man should forget his anger before he lies or sits down to sleep. A guaranteed deep and peaceful rest.

Leonardo da Vinci once said, a well-spent day brings a happy sleep, so the beautiful eyes perfectly closed and mouth widely open.

Philosopher Albert Camus was quoted: Some people talk in their sleep. Lectures talk while other people sleep. Some people sleep in composure while they sleep.

For George Orwell, we sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm. Nothing's more than ready for any adversity to those people who sit while they sleep.

W. C. Fields defined sleep as the most beautiful experience in life - except drink. Especially when done creatively - a greater achievement possibly.

He added, the better cure for insomnia is to get a lot of sleep. And do it anywhere.

According to John Steinbeck, it is a common experience that a problem at night is resolved in the morning after the committee of sleep has worked on it. It only takes time, focus, determination and perseverance.

Actor Charlie Sheen claimed: But you can't focus on things that matter if all you've been is asleep for forty years. Funny how sleep rhymes with sheep. You know. Whatever!

Doctor of the Church, St. Thomas Aquinas' wisdom: Sorrow can be alleviated by good sleep in a stall, a bath and a glass of wine.

William Blake's idea: Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night. But for this man, sleep all day, sleep all night.

  1. I'm amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I encounter a blog that's both educative and interesting, and without
a doubt, you've hit the nail on the head. The problem is something that too few men and women are speaking intelligently about. I'm very happy that I found this in my search for something regarding this.
