The recent flooding and landslide that hit Malaybalay Bukidnon was not caused by any illegal acts of logging, instead caused in part by stalled road project:

'symmetry to logging'

Don't they cut trees when widening and expanding roads in the middle of forests?

It was a government road expansion project which began in 2008:

'Therefore nothing is illegal'

So might as well call it legal logging!
